Communications Group programmers and managers worked with risk assessment analysts to produce an application that would measure a comprehensive selection of business areas within a given industry, directly and indirectly affected by server / computer downtime. The product was also streamlined to work with a variety of different business sectors to provide an effective and easy to use business analysis tool.

A senior analyst at Gartners commented that it was one of the best cost of downtime tools he had seen to date.
