The brief was to provide a platform to attract customers with their unique property sales technique and to host streaming video on the site so that after sales customers and prospective buyers can access the footage. The concept is to create a new standard for online property marketing and the platform provided by The Communications Group allows for the fast and stable provision of all property videos through the use of Macromedia flash encoding. Using our extensive experience in website optimisation we are also in the process of increasing the natural rank of the site, and our inhouse SEO experts are discussing the possibility of PPC (Pay Per Click) advertising to further boost the sales and enquries to the site.
